a fat or oil spraying chamber; a mixer with strip spiral; a double chamber
for heating.
Modules that make up the system
MIC-9001
Pellet mill control (flour, steam and 2 liquid-controller).
MIPS-100 Two liquid dosifier (in the feeder-conditioner or in the dies by means of FAT-SPRAY system).
MIPS-900 Programme of supervision and management of up to 6 pellet mills.
MAR-3000
Horizontal cooler control (temperature of outgoing and thickness of coating)
and Fan Flow regulation.
AUTOMATIC CONTROL AND LIQUID ADDITION
The equipment controls and optimises the different elements used in the pelleting process.
The main advantages of this equipment are: Ability to function at limit of performance (intensity and temperature).
Reduction in stopping time as obstructions are avoided. Increase in production and of the pellet quality, due to constant maintenance of the prefixed working conditions.
Reduction in consumption of energy per ton of pellet produced. Memory capacity to store the optimum working parameters for each formula.
