DIES AND ROLLERS

Dies and rollers are manufactured from special, high quality steels using the most advanced technology to give a high quality finish and optimal performance.

Dies

MABRIK supplies dies for all types of pellet mills in a variety of steel qualities suited to specific Pelleting conditions.

With holes from Ø2 mm to Ø22 mm and also special forms (squares, biscuit, clover, etc.).

They are supplied ready to run to enable the immediate pelleting at full performance.

Rollers

We supply rollers and roller cases for all types of pellet mills. With open or closed slots and blind holes like a honeycomb. All areas which experience wear and tear as well as the nucleus are made of tempered steel. Different types of holes.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

For the manufacture of dies, we use steels of the highest quality which have passed through strict quality controls to ensure that they meet our specifications in respect of composition, structure, hardness, etc.

Drilling is performed by an automated, high precision cannon drill system which gives a perfect distribution of holes with a mirror-smooth inside finish.

The dies are hardened in a vacuum oven. This treatment prolongs the life of the die and ensures that it can work at full performance from the start.

STOCK OF ROUGH HOOPS

In order to provide a quick and efficient service, we keep a large stock of rough hoops, dies and rollers. This allows us to establish annual programmes with our customers, with fixed delivery dates, thereby reducing the need to stock spare parts.
