COUNTERFLOW COOLERS RVF The compact RVF Cooler provides high cooling capacity with reduced air consumption. Main features: Pellet inlet through a STAINLESS STEEL honeycomb valve. STAINLESS STEEL overhead hood and cooler body with access door and peephole. Suction inlet with pneumatically operated instantaneous stop valve. Discharge through sliding or swivelling-strip extractor (depending on product), operated by a pneumatic cylinder. Automatic discharge operation via timed indicator. Some models may be supplied with an electric pellet levelling device. As an option, the equipment may also include a fire detection device equipped with temperature sensor and processor. |

HORIZONTAL COOLERS RHMS-RHMD
A standardized module construction allows enlargement of the cooler. It consists of one or two conveyor belts (two or four stages of granule - RHMS or RHMD) with trays made of galvanised tubes and stainless steel screens. The extractor hood, incoming granulate distribution pipe and the interior parts of the refrigerator that come into contact with the granulate are made of stainless steel. |
