CRUMBLERS
The crumbler converts pellets into crumbs with a minimal percentage of fines. The shredder features a solid steel chassis. Depending on the capacity, the shredder is equipped with two or four rollers of casehardened casting, with horizontal and vertical grooves, that spin at different speeds. Each roller is driven separately by an electric motor and V-belt transmission. The adjustment system (forward and backward) for the rollers consists of a flywheel with damping springs and micro-metric distance indicators. There is a pneumatically operated bypass for pellets that do not require shredding.
