FEEDER (LARGE CAPACITY)
The main advantage of this type of feeder lies in the fact that its large capacity allows the product to stays in the processor for relatively long periods thus optimising the homogenisation of the formula. This enhances the performance of the pellet machine and ensures pellets of a consistent, optimal quality. The dosage measure is activated by means of a differential engine, which is controlled by a frequency regulator. The exact flow required by the die is controlled by a uni-directional, graduated valve.which can be optionally supplied in stainless steel. The processor is started by an engine with belt transmission. It is suitable for the addition of water, steam (maximum of 3-4%). The equipment for adding liquids is not supplied with the machine. The casing and the processor shovels are made of stainless steel. The angle of the shovels can be adjusted to vary the amount of time the mixture stays in the processor. Two safety, inspection doors set on balanced hinges allow checking and cleaning of the blender. The flow of steam is regulated through mechanised valves, a flow regulator, and an ON/OFF switch with an instantaneous closure and opening system.
